Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. This will ensure time for you to unwind and transition into the spa experience. For new clients this is especially important as we will have intake forms for you to complete before your appointment. Take special care to drink plenty of water to maintain hydration and receive the full benefit of your treatment. This will help you to flush out any toxins released by colon hydrotherapy, massage, dry brushing and essential oil treatments.
Since we are only available by appointment, reservations are essential for all treatments at Whispering Pines. To hold a reservation, you must provide a credit card or a gift certificate number. WPNS will not charge your account unless you miss or cancel your appointment without proper notice.
We do not bill insurance directly. However, we are working with area physicians through referral, wherein your procedure may be billed through your care provider. We will make every effort to supply you with the necessary documentation if you wish to submit a claim of your own.
Cancellations & No Show Policy
To ensure that our staff is able to provide the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session. If for some reason you need to cancel your treatment, at least 24 hours advanced notice is required. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the billing of your credit card for 50% of the fees for the scheduled appointment(s). We will do our best to fill your appointment. However, if the vacated appointment goes unfilled, you will be charged 50% of the fees regardless of the reason for cancellation, whether it was a simple oversight or the flu. If the service is part of a package or prepaid, it will be forfeited. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapists who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment. Gift certificates are valid for two years from date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of a gift certificate is forfeited after the expiration date. Lost or missing gift cards can not be replaced.
If you plan to enjoy a particular service often, we offer series of all treatments – bundled to help you save money by paying in advance. To ensure availability of all visits, pre-booking is recommended. Please note series purchases CAN be shared with a loved one or friend, and to authorize this please book the appointment with both names.
Payment Information & Return Policy
WPNS requires payment when services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as cash and personal checks. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for credit to the spa. Sales of gift certificates are final, redeemable for retail and services only. Currently we do not accept SpaFinder gift certificates.
Tipping is not expected but always appreciated. Gratuities at WPNS average between 15% to 20% of the treatment price, depending on your satisfaction. We are also grateful for your loyalty and referrals.
During your first visit we will collect confidential information about your health history. It is your responsibility to update your therapist if you have experienced any changes in medical condition, changes in medication or use of supplements, if you are pregnant or have noticed any significant changes since your last visit.
