The physical or printed copy of the Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment. Gift certificates are valid for two years from date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of a gift certificate is forfeited after the expiration date. Lost or missing gift cards can not be replaced.
